Aspiring musical theatre writers – GOOD NEWS! The ASCAP Foundation Musical Theatre Workshop in LA is open for submissions. Led by Stephen Schwartz, the workshop is composed of sessions featuring guests from all across the musical theatre spectrum, including producers, directors, critics, performers and composers. Participating composers and lyricists get a rare chance to present selections from their original musicals-in-progress for professional critique. Apply by April 30 to be considered.
